Last issue we mainly introduced diameter of refractory fibers. This issue we will continue to introduce length of refractory fibers.
Length of refractory fibers
The method for determining the length of refractory fibers has not been uniformly defined so far. And the determining of average length of the fibers is not very accurate either. When determining the length of the fibers, we usually take shorter filaments and longer filaments and take the average length. In general, the fiber length of the refractory fibers needle-punched blanket is below 100 mm. It is of no practical significance to require absolute accuracy.
This issue we mainly introduce length of refractory fibers. Hope this can bring help to furnace builders.
