Boiler used in power plant includes boiler and some other equipment. It will release heat when fuel burned in the boiler. The heat will transfer to the steam which has certain pressure and temperature though the metal wall of boiler. Sent the steam to steam turbine, it will generate electricity. Generally, the steam in the boiler is around 540C.
There are two insulation systems in power plant boiler: boiler body insulation and the other parts’ insulation. Here CCEWOOL share some experience when choose insulation material for boiler used in power plant. Hope it will be helpful.

Hot wind pipe of boiler: CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket + CCEWOOL rock wool.

Electric precipitation: CCEWOOL rock wool.
