Advantages of refractory ceramic fiber products applied to ethylene cracking furnace

     The temperature of the cracking furnace chamber is relatively high (1300℃), and the temperature of flame center is as high as 1350~1380℃. When choosing refractory insulation materials, the traditional lightweight refractory brick or refractory castable structure has high thermal conductivity and poor thermal shock resistance. This leads to overheating of the outer wall of the cracking furnace shell and large heat loss. As a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving material, refractory ceramic fiber products have the advantages of good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, thermal good shock resistance, good mechanical vibration resistance, and convenient for construction.      1. Higher working temperature
