Application of aluminum silicate fiber module on bell furnace
The bell-type furnace is a discontinuous temperature-variable furnace, and the furnace does not supply heat in districts, and the furnace temperature changes with time according to the prescribed heating system. Bell-type furnaces are mainly used for bright annealing of workpieces and also for general heat treatment of workpieces. The bell-type resistance furnace is mainly used for high temperature heat treatment heating.
After adopting lightweight furnace linings such as aluminum silicate fiber module, the weight of the outer cover is no longer an influencing factor to increase the lifting load of the workshop.
