As a new type of thermal insulation material, insulation fire brick has the characteristics of high strength, good rigidity, wind pressure resistance, creep resistance, crack resistance and waterproofing.
1. High temperature resistance:
The raw materials of insulation fire brick usually include expanded perlite, mullite, vermiculite, alumina hollow sphere high temperature resistant binders and other inorganic non-combustible materials. The raw materials are then prepared by scientific formula and processed by advanced technology into bricks with high temperature resistance of 1100 ℃ above. The mullite insulation bricks and alumina hollow ball bricks have a refractoriness of 1800°C. It can be used directly in contact with the flame.
2. Thermal insulation
Lightweight insulation fire bricks have low thermal conductivity, can reach about 0.2~0.3, and have good thermal insulation performance. Due to low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, the lightweight thermal insulation brick accumulates very little heat energy, and the energy saving performance in the kiln is obvious;
3. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body:
Compared with heavy-weight bricks, light-weight insulation fire bricks have a great advantage in bulk density. Because of their light weight, their use in the kiln can greatly reduce the weight of the furnace body and reduce the energy consumption.
4. Energy saving
Lightweight insulation fire bricks have obvious thermal insulation properties and low thermal conductivity, which can achieve a good thermal insulation performance, reduce heat dissipation, improve thermal efficiency, and save energy.
