     The insulating material layer between the inner wall and the outer wall should be uniform, full and airtight, and no water should enter. Insulation layer material is generally ordinary refractory ceramic fiber blanket, and blanket size must meet the design requirements and be convenient for installation. During installation, we should pay attention: two blanket must be in close contact and the seam between blanket must be pressed. The joints of the two refractory ceramic fiber blanket should be bonded with high-temperature adhesive to make it tightly sealed and ensure its thermal insulation performance. For the blanket needs to be processed, use a knife to cut neatly to ensure the size is accurate, and it is strictly forbidden to tear it by hand.

     The construction procedure of the kiln roof insulation project is: pre-lay the high-aluminum refractory ceramic fiber blanket on the overlapping part of the refractory hanging plate and the inner straight wall, and fill the V-shaped joint of the refractory hanging plate with high aluminum refractory ceramic fiber blanket to make a 20mm thick Lightweight aggregate refractory mud sealing layer, laying of insulation layer (including installation and insulation of coal feed pipe and air pipe), and sealing of kiln roof surface.
