     2. Inspection and prevention

     Frequent inspection during the construction, installation and use of ceramic fiber blankets and modules, is important in preventing problems.

     ① Before installing aluminum silicate fiber products, check whether the ceramic fiber products are in good condition and whether they are polluted by rainwater. If so, discard it. Aluminum silicate fiber products that have been soaked in water are difficult to dry. Even if they are dried, it will have a certain impact on the thermal conductivity of ceramic fibers, and the insulation performance will be reduced. Therefore, users of ceramic fiber products, especially large-scale users, such as tunnel kilns builders, heat treatment furnace builders, etc. must take measures to prevent rain and moisture before the refractory and thermal insulation materials are purchased.

     ② Any damage found during the use of aluminum silicate fiber products should be dealt with in time to minimize the loss as much as possible.
