Last issue we introduced kiln roof insulation. This issue we will continue to introduce the advantages of refractory ceramic fibre flat ceiling insulation structure.
2. Advantage of refractory ceramic fibre flat ceiling insulation structure
Density of refractory ceramic fibre module is only 200~260kg/m3. It is only 1/10 of refractory fire brick. Refractory ceramic fibers have replaced traditional refractory products such as refractory bricks and castables in the iron and steel metallurgy and petrochemical industries, and have contributed a lot to the energy saving and light weight of industrial kilns.
Refractory ceramic fibre has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and resistant to mechanical vibration. It has been used in machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, ceramics, glass and other industries.
The refractory ceramic fibre hanging flat roof structure of tunnel kiln successfully solves the problems of the traditional heavy refractory materials which is easily falling off and collapsing. The structure of the large-section tunnel kiln roof and mobile tunnel kiln has been made lightweight, the cost is reduced, the structure is safe and reliable, and the energy saving effect is very good. The refractory ceramic fibre ceiling module is mostly used in the tiled composite structure, which has good air tightness, good heat insulation effect and firm structure.
