     Last issue we introduced construction method of aluminum silicate refractory fiber for ring furnace transformation. This issue we will continue to introduce. 

     Aluminum silicate refractory fiber casting furnace lining is used for furnace wall fire hole, maintenance door, feeding and discharging hole, flue exit, etc. The built-in anchor is "Y" shape heat-resistant steel. Aluminum silicate refractory fiber casting furnace lining is a kind of aluminum silicate refractory fiber unshaped lining. It has the thermal insulation performance of ceramic fiber and can fully meet the technical performance requirements of furnace lining opening.

     In this transformation, a special all-fiber structure was adopted, which folded the aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket into an oversized individual and fixed it to the furnace roof by special heat-resistant steel anchors to form a large fiber partition across the furnace. The partition reduces the energy loss to a certain extent and solves the problem of fixing other materials; at the same time, this structure can be applied to other fire walls with kilns under the same conditions.
