Precautions for the construction of high temp ceramic fiber module lining

     When installing the high temp ceramic fiber module lining, it is necessary to strictly follow the construction design requirements. Meanwhile we must pay attention to the following 5 key points:

     2. Laying of back lining

     2.1 Must be compressed to the required thickness strictly according to the design requirements

     2.2 The interlayer of the blanket must be staggered, and the amount of stagger should not be less than the drawing.

     2.3 The fast clip must be clamped tightly to prevent rebound

     3. Installation of high temp ceramic fiber module

     3.1 Install block by block and row by row to ensure that the nuts are tightened in place

     3.2 Pay attention to the installation of compensation strips between module rows. When installing, strictly follow the design requirements of the drawings and compress to the specified thickness.

     3.3 In order to prevent falling off, the compensation strip must be fixed on the installed ceramic fiber module with U-shaped nails.

     3.4 After taking away protective plate and the central plastic pipe, the holes left by the plastic pipe and the gap between the modules must be carefully checked, especially the corners.

     4. Lining trimming:

     4.1 The surface of the ceramic fiber lining must be flat and compact.

     4.2 The holes left by the plastic pipe must be densely filled with adjustable folded layers or ceramic fiber bulk or blankets.

     4.3 The penetrating gaps between high temp ceramic fiber modules must be filled with folded ceramic fiber blankets or ceramic fiber bulk.
