When installing the insulation ceramic module lining, it is necessary to strictly follow the construction design requirements. On this basis, we must pay attention to the following 5 key points:
5. Influence of insulation ceramic module’s construction quality on ceramic fiber furnace lining.
Through the investigation of the construction quality and application effect of the insulation ceramic module lining, we found that the construction quality problems that caused the damage of the insulation ceramic module lining mainly exist in the following aspects:
① The nut is not installed in place and cannot be screwed onto the bolt, resulting in the failure of effective connection between the insulation ceramic module and the furnace wall.
② The compression degree of the compensation bar is not enough, and the compensation amount of the compensation bar cannot meet the requirements at high temperature. And there will be a through gap between the module rows, resulting in oxidation of the anchor bolt at high temperature and burning of the steel plate.
③ The lining of the insulation ceramic module is not properly repaired, the gap between the modules causes high temperature smoke to penetrate, the anchor bolts are oxidized and corroded seriously at high temperature, and the modules fall off.
