Using ceramic fiber products in kilns for energy saving and environmental 2

     With the application of zirconium-containing fibers and polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber products, the working temperature is raised to 1000 ℃ ~ 1400 ℃. Zirconium-containing ceramic fiber products are a versatile, low-cost aluminum silicate fiber produced with melting method. This fiber can be used in large quantities as a full-fiber lining for the hot surface of various thermal furnaces.

     The most prominent advantage of industrial kilns using ceramic fiber materials as linings is energy saving. Ceramic fiber products have compression resilience and can be used as high temperature packing materials. The expansion joints of the kiln, the gaps between the metal parts, the holes at the ends of the roller kiln, the joints of kiln of suspended roof, the kiln car and the joints can all be filled or sealed with ceramic fiber materials.
